It is learnable but not very teachable. See the first video on the channel, (Non-Duality in a Nutshell) to understand why. This is advanced philosophy so I would require an interview before accepting students simply to make sure that we aren't wasting each other's time. The only requirement is that you want to know the Truth about reality no matter what that may mean. That last part is key. If you want it all, you must be willing to sacrifice it all.
